Day 8 Puerto de la Cruz - Valencia - Barcelona (440 Km.)

Puerto de la Cruz: Main tourist resort in the north of the island, situated on the coast of the Orotava valley at the foot of Mount Teide, enjoys a good climate throughout the year. A pioneer and dean of tourism in Canary Islands, was declared of "Tourist Interest" in 1955. Cosmopolitan city with superb spa facilities like swimming pool complex Costa Martiánez with its huge artificial lake, created by the artist from Lanzarote, Cesar Manrique.

Puerto de la Cruz, colorful and picturesque, has an unusual attraction, with places like San Telmo, Charco square, the fishing wharf and around the neighborhood of La Ranilla, Saint Amaro, Taoro park -where is located the luxurious Casino Taoro-, and the Botanical Garden created in 1788, that host plants and trees from the five continents.

(in 90 Km.) Tenerife South airport: We take the bus to the airport located at the south of the island to take the plane back to the mainland.

(in 350 Km.) Barcelona: Once in Valencia we take the motorway to come back to home.
